On Friday, September 18, CG Kidz will be at Longfellow Elementary school in San Francisco. We’re helping them go really GREEN! They are learning all about environmental awareness and how important it is to get rid of plastic. I am donating almost 700 water bottles to their school and helping them to learn all they can about how they can reduce their footprint. See you soon Longfellow Elementary!!
I guess everyone is seeing all the stuff about aluminum water bottles on the news. I thought I’d share the difference between mine and aluminum – we are visiting a school in San Francisco on Friday of this week and we know they will be interested in reading this too!
First, aluminum bottles, like some of the one’s being pulled out of stores now, have liners in them. Stainless bottles, like mine, don’t have any liners. They are made of 304 stainless steel, it’s really safe! My Dad says it’s just like your silverware, made from the same stuff.
Just thought you’d like to know!!
